Purchase Policy

1.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank transfers (for orders within Mozambique only)

1.2 Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Mozambique only. We use a third-party shipping provider to deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

1.3 Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

2.1 Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.

2.2 Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@elbarista.cafe with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your item and confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.

2.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
